"Of the immediate need of children there is no question."

With six b&w photographic plates. First edition. Landscape 8vo., stapled into the original grey paper wrapper. London, Committee Against Malnutrition, N.d. [but circa February,

Produced by an apolitical relief group, members of which included the veteran suffragist Margery Corbett Ashby and the microbiologist Harriette Chick. The beautifully photographed illustrations depict milk ration distribution, child refugees from Irun being fed in Barcelona's stadium (most likely Camp des Corts), a Catalan sanatorium receiving child refugees, a scene from a co-operative outlet, and a further group of Irundar children being taught on the turf of the stadium. The pamphlet includes a brief preface by The Committee and a three-page essay on the state of food supply and refugees in Spain.

Wrappers slightly foxed, with a minor crease to the upper portion.
